My Approach

Produced structured, detailed BRD and FSD documentation to reduce ambiguity, since there was no live client interaction to clarify requirements in real time.

Key Challenges

Independently designing the complete FSD and interactive wireframes with no dedicated designer on the project.
Modeling complex scheduling and deployment logic across multiple client sites within a single unified system.
Communicating requirements and gathering feedback with a client team that primarily spoke Arabic, with all coordination conducted over email and no live call or face-to-face interaction throughout the engagement.
Phase 1 delivered, BRD, FSD, and wireframes completed and signed off. Client has not yet approved progression to the development phase.
